“For our kitchen renovation, we thought about changing to granite countertops. We looked for a good company that offered a variety of kitchen countertops in Chicago and found that in Timeless. Not only was their selection large giving us many options, but they had great people there to help us. They had what seemed like the biggest collection of granite, quartz, and even marble countertops in Chicago. In the end, we were very happy with the quartz countertops that we selected instead of the granite we thought we wanted. Timeless is a great countertop company.”

“I recently remodeled my kitchen, purchasing my cabinets and countertops through IKEA. The Countertop Factory is the contracter who provided the Caesarstone countertops and install. I was very happy with their workmanship and responsiveness. The counters look great and everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. I was most impressed at how hard they worked to rectify a small problem with one of the pieces and, ulitmately, agreed to a replacement of that piece.”

“HK Tile did a great job on my kitchen back splash. They arrived on time & completed the job in the time frame on their original estimate. It was a two day job. Each day they cleaned up completely after their work. I am more than pleased with the results as well as the working relationship with HK TIle. I would certainly use them again and highly recomend them!”

“Classic Tile of the North Shore is fantastic! Everything is top notch. Their salespeople are knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating, which made the 2 bathroom remodel process painless. The store is clean, well-organized and easy to access. They have a huge selection of stone, marble, ceramic and porcelain tiles – almost too much too choose from, but the displays gave me some great ideas. Most importantly, the in-home workers were very professional and friendly and knew what they were doing. Everything from floor tile, to the vanity tops to the ceiling was perfect. The finished product turned out better than I had imagined! Thank you! If I ever need another bathroom or kitchen remodeled, I will definitely go with Classic Tile!”

““I trust you” were the last words I said to Tom when we hung up the phone in late May. After weeks of trying on my own to find the perfect slaps of superwhite quartzite, I put all my faith into Tom. I am so glad I did! I was referred to Tom and Illinois Granite & Marble through our general contractor. From day one, Tom was extremely responsive, very knowledgeable and always a pleasure to work with. Tom carefully listened to our needs and presented various options. Our hearts were set on superwhite quartzite. We were made aware of all the good and not so good with this gorgeous material. We were sold quickly and thus the search began. A few days later, Tom emailed me great news with pictures. We met short thereafter. He walked me through the decisions of edges, seams, etc. Several weeks later, our countertops were installed - - on time and on budget and more beautiful than expected. We would highly recommend Tom and Illinois Granite & Marble for your any marble and granite needs. You will not be disappointed.”
