“I have used Duca twice, once in my former house to install a granite slab to be used as a buffet and more recently in my new house to install a granite counter in my bathroom. I found the staff to be extremely professional and knowledgeable in both the products and current design trends. The had to accommodate several scheduling changes due to the arrival of my cabinets being delayed twice. They were pleasant to work with and helpful with choosing materials. The pricing of some of their granite and tile may be a little higher than elsewhere, but I was happy with their professionalism.”

“Premier was/is great! Tons of solutions and solutions! We were able to put granite or Quartz on every surface of our home and stay within budget. The had a wide selection of remnants to choose from for the odd rooms such as laundry and secondary bathrooms. They were very patient to help us make wise selections. Ashley was very helpful and not shy to dig through the remnants to help us fund just the right slab. Their free sink offer helped our budget quite a bit as well!”

Installation took about three weeks from time of pricing inquiry until completion, on schedule with their up front timeline disclosure. Staff is friendly and knowledgable and sevice was better than expected. I will be using West Michigan Granite and Tile for future work.”

“I would not hesitate to hire Brian again! He was professional, efficient, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He has a great personality and he really made our vision for a dream bathroom come true. We gutted the existing bathroom in our newly purchased house and started from scratch. Our bathroom remodel is truly one of a kind thanks to Brian. I have never remodeled a bathroom before so I needed a lot of help with the overall tile design. Brian was extremely creative and was able to problem solve every challenge along the way. We appreciate all the hard work he put into our bathroom remodel and I believe he really is the best of the best. Check out the pictures!”

“Jeff did a very good job of installing our tiles. Doing three walls of a shower including the floor plus tile flooring in the rest of the bathroom. We had a problem with some of the tiles in the shower that were slightly warped and Jeff worked very hard to get them in properly. I would recommend Westra tile to anybody needing tile installation.”
