“Once Upon A Tile is by far the best tile store in Eastern or Central Mass. It has a huge selection, the lowest prices, and the most helpful staff of any place I went. And I went to plenty! While looking for tile for a small bathroom renovation, I looked at every tile store I could find in the western Boston suburbs all the way west to Fitchburg, more than 20 stores in all. I am a very indecisive shopper and I went to OUAT at least 8 times, sometimes staying the whole afternoon. Every time, without exception, the sales people were friendly and went out of their way to help me find just what I was looking for. The owner, Jeannie, is fabulous. Once she understands what you want, she dashes off and returns with yet another incredible tile sample. Best of all, she tells you what she really thinks, instead of just trying to sell you whatever you seem to like. I did have to return some tile (I should have listened to Jeannie), and they made the process completely painless. I cannot praise this store enough. Best shopping experience of the entire remodeling process.”

“I have been working with the people at Keystone Carvings for a couple of years. I was introduced to their business by a local builder and I found the staff at Keystone to be wonderful! As a result, I've returned again and again with my own clients for kitchen and bathroom projects that require counter tops, shower thresholds, shelves etc. More recently, I even used them for my own kitchen and bathroom renovations and I am extremely happy with the beautiful work they did in my home! Keystone has a great selection of granite, stone and quartz products as well as an extensive inventory of remnant pieces which are useful for smaller applications, or smaller budgets! Their template crew does an excellent, careful job and the finished counter tops have always been beautiful and well fabricated. Delivery and install is always done in a timely way. I find their pricing to be extremely competitive and their customer service and workmanship to be top notch. Everyone there who I have dealt with is super nice and knowledgeable. Keystone Carvings is about an hour drive from me, and I could certainly find another stone supplier who is closer, but I feel Keystone is well worth the drive!”
