“Mr. Brinson was prompt and courteous. From the beginning he was flexible and willing to work with our difficult and sometime confusing timeline. He took the time to explain the extra steps that he takes in order to ensure the highest quality job (shower liner, backer board, sealant etc). He went the extra mile with the new wall installing niche shelving and crown molding. His attention to detail is such that he even thought to put crown molding on the "roof" of each of the niche shelves so when you are sitting in the tub, the view of the work is completely finished. Bravo Mr. Brinson! Our shower is the envy of the neighbors!”

“First off, I'll start with the fact that every time I called United Granite, I was able to speak with a knowledgeable and attentive member of their team with no delay. They knew who I was and had clear, practical answers to my questions and request. In today's day and age, that means a lot. In the middle of a kitchen remodel, we needed a large granite slab removed and eventually re-applied from an island. The service team was highly professional, careful and successfully put the slab back better than it was prior. I would, without qualification, recommend United Granite for any residential project where craftmanship is a priority.”
