Every person I came in contact with from this company was very nice and incredibly professional. They were genuinely concerned with making sure we were going to be happy with our countertops and would ask us questions about things we didn't think to check. After we had the kitchen counters installed, we realized we'd forgotten to request a hole for the dishwasher air gap. “Artistic Stone fabricated and installed the countertops in my remodeled kitchen, and they installed the glass mosaic tile backsplash. The countertops I chose were quartz in most of the kitchen, with granite on the bartop separating the kitchen from the family room. The whole experience with Artistic Stone was very positive, from working with the sales people, to the installation itself, and follow up. The sales person I worked with primarily, Sakiko, was very friendly, professional, and responsive. She really came through during the tile installation when I had to reschedule the date of the installation at the 11th hour, because I was having trouble choosing the grout color. Thankfully she and her team were very flexible and rescheduled without a problem. In the end I got the perfect color and the crew did an excellent job installing a difficult tile (due to the size variation of the tile pieces in the mosaic). More than a year after the installation, they came out recently to do a little touch up, including filling a small scratch in the quartz countertop. Now I can't even tell where the scratch had been. Altogether I was very happy that I hired Artistic Stone and I recommend them highly.”
