“I recently worked with Solomon B. at Counter Culture to have a Carrara marble countertop installed in our kitchen. Sol was great to work with and walked us through all our options. A few days after picking out our slab, Counter Culture arrived for the installation. The installers were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend both Sol and Counter Culture for anyone looking for new countertops.”

“Counter tops in the kitchen. There was a problem with the matching of the different pieces of Cambria. The company president was on site with the district manager of Cambria. They were professional and did not let me down. It took them three times to install and dismantle the counter tops until they got it right. I will never try another company to do any kind of counter top work.”

“We are doing a remodel of our master bathroom and since we are near retirement are very seriously considering the curbless shower design. Kristen Love was very helpful in explaining how the Tuff Form shower base works and also helped us with tile choices for the bath area. She provided all of the part nos. and what areas they would be used in and when I called and asked for more help was able to get me the detailed info from the manufacturer on the install of the shower base. The plumber needed tile thicknesses which she responded to immediately so as not to keep the plumber sitting idle. Great experience! I wouldn't hesitate calling for more help.”

“Best experience yet with a granite company...Would hire them just on principle as when asked the cost per sq/ft for the stone they carry, they ANSWERED!!! Amazing. Most of the time I get the usual diatribe about not being able to give me even a ball park because...blahh blahh fabricator blahh blahh. So aggravating! But they are blessed with actual knowledge and good sense. I will write a more detailed review when/if I use them as the granite provider and fabricator/installer or one or the other.”

“" Every tile business should be like Country Floors! " My family and I were looking into remodeling one of our bathrooms. We first, hired Paul Bentham, senior designer at Jennifer Gilmer to help us with the project. And then among the list of item selection, we needed to find nice and special tiles. After I visited several stores, I was so pleased to follow my sister's advice and visit Country Floors in Bethesda, MD. I cannot emphasize enough how nice the store and staff are. The minute you enter the store you are welcomed and assisted, you don't need an appointment there is always someone to take care of you. I first met with Kathleen Keany who was very warm, pleasant, very ethical, highly professional, knowledgeable and the same goes for the rest of the staff whom I met, Hannah Greeley and Kelly are equally wonderful, knowledgeable, helpful and radiant. The store itself isn't packed with tiles but everything is nicely displayed, and not overwhelming like some other stores were to me. I recommend Country Floors highly and I'm very happy to have done business with them and I have already referred family and friends. And the same goes to working with Paul Bentham of Jennifer Gilmer. Exquisite taste, very patient."”

“We remodeled our kitchen with cabinets and granite counters from AU Granite and Marble. I cannot stop raving about them. They were so helpful and fulfilled every promise they made. The Wellborn cabinets are made by a family owned business in Alabama and are far superior to other cabinets we had considered. We have remodeled six kitchens and this was our best experience. You can feel confident in shopping here.”
