The service is really bad. Price was agreed and additional charges are popping up. For delivery, for measurements of the items. I was not happy with first order at all. 2 cushions were missing. I am an interior designer. I needed to resolve the issue promptly and placed second order to rectify the mistakes. After payment. The supplier messaged again stating additional charges and I thought myself. I really can't work with them. I requested a refund the same day. And they told me they can issue refund. It was the same day refund. There is no other supplier who would refuse to pay your money back within 24 hours from time of order placed. They have no experience. Subcontracting seamstress. It is not professional business

Upholstered Solutions did a wonderful job reupholstering my Lloyd Loom laundry basket. Very pleased. Caryl was super efficient and really helpful with timely responses and fabric suggestions. Clive did an amazing job with the work on the basket. Very impressed.

Efficient and great quality work. I had 3 sofa vases upholstered and the quality of the work was very high and they completed it in about 3 weeks. Very communicative as well. Would definitely use again.

Caryl and her team did a fantastic job upholstering six chairs for us. The chairs look fantastic and the craftsmanship is excellent. Communication was also great and Caryl is very approachable and ready to provide value input on fabrics and design. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future should we ever need to have anything else upholstered.

Great service and very friendly. US helped me find the perfect fabric for my dining chairs and did a fantastic job reupholstering them. I will use them again.
