“As a qualified architect based in London, I am thoroughly satisfied with the products provided for our recent renovation project. Given my profession, I have explored, compared, and consulted with numerous steel window companies. Ultimately, Fabco stood out as a well-balanced choice, considering its strong reputation (my builder had prior positive experiences with them), professionalism, and the quality of their products. Although their quote was slightly higher, it proved a wise investment, especially since one of the cheaper companies went out of business, and another made errors in their drawings—caution is advised against choosing solely based on the lowest price. The Managing Director, David, demonstrated a genuine commitment to every project. Despite the capability of the engineers who visited the site, he intervened whenever issues arose, which was a pleasant surprise. The three sets of windows we installed in the kitchen area have completely transformed the space, seamlessly connecting the indoors with the outdoors, while the sleek black frames add an elegant touch to the elevation. We couldn’t be happier with the results.”

“Project involved installation of UPVC windows and 3 doors for the whole of the bungalow and porch in January and February 2017. Cerberus worked with me to identify my needs and gave advice on what was suitable working within the budget I could afford which was £10000. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. I was kept informed throughout the project and communication was clear. I have had positive comments from several neighbours regarding the appearance of the property since the installation.I would recommend Cerberus as they were professional throughout and provided value for money.”
