“The Estimator that came to my house, explained to me my retrofit windows and how they would install the windows. Though they carry Milgard, Anlin Windows Systems, I decided to go with Simonton Window Brand. My Proposal was very Fair compared with other Window Companies. The reason I chose California Replacement was their knowledge, patience and genuine care for the Home Owner. I purchased Simonton Double Hung windows for my dining room, and awning windows for my bathrooms and a Picture Window for my living room.”

“My old windows were the original in a house built in the 1920's, Very drafty and not at all energy efficient. The American Vision sales rep gave me a variety of options from which to choose and demonstrated the features. American Vision also had some fantastic promotions: no sales tax, free labor, and a one-year interest free payment plan, I pretty much went with top of the line which included their top energy efficient windows. American Vision also included their sound package for free (this minimizes outside noise - L.A. is unbelievably noisy). More importantly, I had a deadline for installation which they absolutely had to meet or I would not be able to go through with the purchase. They had a small window of time but they met the deadline. Installation took approximately half a day. The installers were very professional and courteous. If I had questions or issues with the installation, they addressed them to my satisfaction. Before they left, they demonstrated all the features of my new windows and told me about energy rebates for which I could qualify. It is now summer in L.A. and we've had some very hot days. I can feel the difference in the temperature of the front area of the house, where the sun beats in unmercifully in the afternoons. The rooms are now comfortable whereas before it was like a sauna (I don't like air-conditioning!). The windows look beautiful. I am very satisfied with my purchase.”
