Dworks installed 4 windows for us. They were entirely reliable, cleared everything up and left it all looking perfect. We had used another company for other windows before, found on Which Magazine's Trusted Traders, but they were nothing like as good as this company. Roman and Pavlo were a pleasure to have carry out the work. We are very happy with the results and think they did an absolutely excellent job. We recommend them very strongly and would certainly use them again ourselves.

I would highly recommend this company, we had sash timber box frames fitted in our flat. The team were amazing, worked really hard, tidied up each night very thoroughly. I work from home and dust was kept to a minimum. The windows are high quality and the finish is really high. I have had compliments from friends. Natasha was very responsive to my queries, I had my order modified slightly with the hardware to the windows. She was always super quick in responses. Donatas, Natasha and the team were amazing start to finish.

Love our new windows, really professional and responsive service, good value. Only had them in a month so fingers x will be fine longer term. We will be coming back to do other windows when we do kitchen extension. Really pleased overall.

Just had all the windows and the front door replaced in my house in Peckham by D Works. I am very pleased with the quality of the product and also the workmanship. We had Dworks Ltd replace the original single glazed sash windows in our late Victorian house with wooden doubled glazed sashes: 2 angled bay winds of (3 windows each) 4 single windows 1 French doors with windows either side. In other words, a lot! We chose Dworks because they had done my brothers house and he was very pleased. Also, the price was very competitive. They measured. We paid a deposit. We waited. About 6 (maybe 8) weeks later they arrived. The chaps arrived and then spent the next 10 days fitting all the windows. The result is perfect. Truly perfect! The workforce was varied in personnel but everyone was polite, helpful, good humoured. They were spotless. Within an hour all the rooms that were affected were sealed, floors and cellophane walls hung. We were very impressed. Every night they left the house clean. We were warned that there might be an issue with the replacement of the wooden shutters that we had previously installed. However, they went back without a hitch. These windows have made the house warmer and quieter, and there has been no condensation so far. Would I recommend Dworks? Absolutely I would. If anyone would like to come round and see their work, you would be very welcome. Thank you Donatas, you and your team were brilliant.

we are very pleased with our new sash windows - they look great, are just like the original ones, open and close easily, and really keep the house warm. they were installed in a professional and friendly way over several days. i underestimated the amount of 'making good' needed afterwards- it was far more than some painting and plastering, as I'd imagined. but the team never cut corners and were responsive when we asked about a few minor modifications to finishes here and there. They persevered to re-hang our shutters, which looked a tricky job. I highly recommend Dworks, communication was easy and when we had a problem with a design that wasn't quite what we were expecting, it was put right with no fuss.

Absolutely top job with top contractors. He may not pick your messages asap as he is a busy man:) but def worth it

This is the second time I've used Dworks. On this occasion, Donatas and his crew supplied and fitted a new Victorian style hardwood front door and a timber sash window. Once again, I was very happy with the high quality work at a competitive price. A FENSA certificate and an insurance backed guarantee was provided soon after completion of the work. I would definitely recommend Dworks to anyone looking for traditional or modern doors and windows.

Couldn't be happier with our new windows, the service we received and price. Before moving to our new home some months ago, we fitted our entire (former home) with new windows - NOT from Dworks, but from another specialist window company. They were complete cowboys, did a terrible job, cost us an absolute fortune, and were forever causing us problems. So I was distinctly nervous when it came to needing new windows in our next home. Step in Donatas and his team, who were recommended to me, and I can entirely see why. This is a company that knows what it is doing, and does what you want - deliver high standard, exceptionally well made windows, and provide an efficient and hard working installation team. I now have beautiful, sturdy, bespoke new windows (I could choose the colour of the frames inside and out as well as being run through other functional and aesthetic options) - this is a highly professional company who are competitive on price. Dworks replaced like-for-like (but with double glazing) all the wooden sash and casement windows in my London period flat. Dealing with them has been a real pleasure, they are courteous, efficient and trustworthy. The windows are very good quality and fitted expertly. Definitely 5 stars.

I've just had 13 old uPVC windows replaced by Dworks with wooden double glazed windows, including 3 bay windows. It took a little bit longer than I expected but I understood why. The windows are the best I've ever seen and the attention to detail in the finishing is fantastic. We've now got the best windows in the street and they didn't cost a fortune Well done Donatas and all the guys. 5 Stars is not enough D 0'R.

My review based on price, delivery, efficiency and most importantly response and service after completion. Needless to say the price was cheaper than the closest competitor that manufacture their windows abroad with the fantastic advantage of dealing with a British registered company that will be responsible for the installation and fitting. The Dwork team managed to strip and remove old double glazed windows from studio flats while tenants are still in with minimum disturbance and quickest time to install new double glazed timber windows as replacements. They have kept the site as clean as one expect. All work was done according to the agreed schedule. As a landlord I can say that they have saved me a lot of time and indeed saved me money.

I have had my Victorian terrace windows changed from draughty single glazing to energy-efficient double glazing by Dworks and cannot recommend Donatas more. The windows are of great quality and the installation was done very cleanly and professionally. Donatas and his team listened to my requests and were great at finding solutions to complex situations. These timber windows are fitting right in, as required for planning in a conservation area. Dworks price was very competitive and given the recent energy prices increase, this investment will repay itself swiftly.

Dear Reader, Just wanted you to know how amazing DWorks are. Unlike you i did not find them on Houzz. I googled out of desperation for a window company that can supply quality, and within my budget. I was most surprised to Donatas’s response on our phone conversation. He was prompt and very efficient. Whereas all the companies we saw quoted over the odd prices, I was most surprised with DWorks quote. (It made me realise how premature and ill informed we were to leave the EU). DWorks has made my Victorian house very warm and in keeping with the original style. A trustworthy company, efficient workers - who would not take my cups of teas. They just wanted to work to get the job done. Thank you Don and team we will come back for the rest of the glazing for the house when it is built. A seal of approval from us.

We had eight old wooden sash windows replaced with new wooden double glazed ones. The work was undertaken quickly and professionally and finished to a high standard. We were very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend DWorks.

We were really happy with the work carried out. We had seven wooden sash windows and one UPVC casement window fitted and they look great. Also, the after sales service was fantastic. We noticed a very minor issue with one of the windows a while after the job was completed and a team came round an sorted it out with a couple of days.

Really good, professional, helpful and we’re very pleased with the windows. We had three windows replaced- one sash window made bigger and an aluminium frame window for the loft conversion; the third was a replacement for a upvc door downstairs which is temporary but a necessity for warmth. Donatas is a very kind and helpful man. He is helping out with remedying a very poor installation of UPVC windows and front door by a builder. Ram attended at the weekend and he was fantastic. He is very obviously highly skilled, but in addition he was polite, tidy and patient. He was able to come up with excellent solutions. It is just wonderful to have seen it in action and it is very clear to me that Dworks is a very honourable and decent company who value high customer service and satisfaction. Donatas and his team were brilliant making and installing new double-glazed wooden windows that suited my Victorian property - and were a really competitive price. There were a few hitches along the way with a lack of springs and wrong windows delivered, but the guys sorted it out quickly. Recommended!

Dworks did a fantastic job on our new windows! We live in an old house and the windows were extremely worn and needed replacing. I was worried about managing such a big project but the Dworks team took care of everything, and finished the work to an excellent standard. They even made the outside sills look like new - which I hadn't expected so I was pleasantly surprised by this. They also adjusted our blinds and re-fitted these to the new windows. The team was very efficient and thorough and did their very best to minimise the disruption from the project. Really, really happy with the result and enjoyed working with this company. Would highly recommend and use their services again.

We had six double glazed sash windows installed by the D Works team. It took around five days during which the team were extremely professional, tidy and efficient. The finish is absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend using this company.

1890s Victorian House, SW2 - Dworks Ltd replaced our ugly PVC-windows with beautiful timber windows (1 sash and 2 casement windows) to match the historic moulding and details. We are very pleased with the result and the service received. The joiners and decorators that installed the windows were very professional, cleaned and respectuful. I can highly recommend Durable Windows. They just completed a full change of windows for a town house for me. Really glad I met those guys. I had 2 quotes before and this was by far the best. Windows delivered on time, around 4 week wait and installation was smooth and professional. Only downside no skirtings, windows seals or silicone on the outside provided (to be discussed as extra) but even without that much more convenient than other quotes. Windows are really nice and great quality.
