Absolutely woeful. Ordered 4 things. Sink and basin both arrived broken and were clearly broken when they were sent out - for example broken sink taped together - absolutely laughable and depressing. Now have to wait 72 hours to get this issue resolved with no humans to speak to - only bots and email response. Paid for a timed delivery (Friday morning) to fit in with work schedule so the redelivery is going to be problematic for me. Avoid this company if you don't want a stressful time. I wish we had paid a little more and use a local merchant instead

Spent over £4k ordering a bathroom suite on 11/03/24, was guaranteed delivery by 21/03/24. Contacted them on 20/03/24 asking where it was as i had had no contact. The response was it hasn't been picked yet, but if you pay £20 we'll pick it in our warehouse today put it on next day delivery and deliver tomorrow! I said you must be joking. They then upgraded this to free, but 21/03/24 is here and still no bathroom and no contact. Shambles of a company.

If I could give them no stars I would.
I ordered an aurora stone quadrant shower tray with riser kit - the first order arrived with the shower tray totally missing - so I contacted customer service via chat as there is no telephone number to contact them on ( and now I understand why)
After talking to customer services - sending various pictures in of what had been delivered the customer service rep Nick was his name ordered the replacement shower tray or so we thought. Anyway today the ‘aurora ‘ shower tray was delivered but in actual fact it was the pearlstone shower tray. I immediately went onto chat sending in proof of my order - the invoice note - email received from them etc saying that the wrong item had been delivered. We chatted online to a person called Nat Wilding who asked for proof our order and pictures of what had been received. I kindly did as he asked and he told me that they were the right parts and what we had ordered. They were not the name and part number was incorrect and the shower tray would not fit as it was wrong. No matter what we said or proved he was adamant and argumentative and not once apologised or even tried to correct their mistake. It got to the point where I sent over about 12 pictures of the order we made and paid for but he was having none of it at all. In their website it clearly shows the aurora model and the pearlstone model - and no matter what I said he just kept saying the order that they had sent was right and that was what I ordered. Let me tell you it most definitely was not and I will attach pictures of the order, receipt and email of what I ordered and paid for. Now we are stuck with a shower tray that we did not order that they replaced incorrectly from their initial cock up of omitting the shower tray from our initial order. Their customer service is non existent - their website is false advertising as you do not get what you order and pay for - staff it’s rude ignorant and thick with no common sense - the whole company is a joke and should be avoided at all costs.
The customer service rep was condescending and all in all Victorian plumbing are a company that you should avoid at all costs. Trust pilot is full of reviews that I doubt are trustworthy and true.

I have items delivered via pallet that need returning. Victorian Plumbing will not, under any circumstances, assist with returning the items. This leaves the consumer searching online for a pallet delivery company, some of which refuse to deliver to Victorian Plumbing because their returns logistics are so bad. Their competitors offer a cohesive returns process. If you think you may need to return something, save yourself the headache and avoid Victorian Plumbing.
After complaining to Victorian Plumbing, I received an unhelpful email re-stating the company's T&Cs and reiterating that Victorian Plumbing will not assist in returning large items. They expect general consumers to be building pallets, wrapping pallets, and arranging £100 pallet returns at their own expense.
If you may need to return an item, do not consider buying from Victorian Plumbing.

I was doing a bathroom renovation and ordered everything from Victoria plumbing. The toilet arrived smashed to pieces and I have waited 3 weeks for Victoria Plumbing to send me a replacement and much chasing on my side. I now have to dispose of the smashed toilet myself.
The other items I ordered were such bad quality that my plumber wouldn't fit them. They make it EXTREMELY hard to do returns, they offer no guidance, it's very hard to find couriers for large items. Customer service are useless, if they even reply to you.
Would never order from them again!

Not a trustworthy company. Bathroom unit sent with missing item. Installation stalled as result. Contacted more than 5 customer assistants to have missing item sent ASAP. Each ended with the story that the issue has been sent to the department. Days passed. No action. No Bathroom. No caring

A long saga but the short version is:-
Placed an Order 23 March for a Monza Bi-Fold shower door but didn't select the premium tax option of an extra circa £30.00 for 2 day delivery, instead rolled with 2 to 10 days.
10 days came and went - no door, chases got me nowhere until way after that delivery period had gone I got an apology (but still no door)
Door fitted and has been checked and triple checked by myself and another person confirming installation instructions followed to a tee - yet the damn thing doesn't work!
It is in fact dangerous as agreed by one of the few call backs I've had - you get trapped inside the shower and a small child has zero chance of getting out.
23 April they were advised and have basically fobbed me off for the last two and a half weeks saying their "resolutions team are looking into it".
If you can use another supplier please do - I'm now using every media platform I can to spread the message as clearly this company have no intention of resolving the matter

Contractors and individuals be careful as the company has changed. We have been a trade customer for many years as well as recommended them to countless individuals. Overall we used to have good experience up until few months ago company has changed their behaviour. Emails left unanswered, wrong shipping links and a quality of products has dropped to a Poundland level taps and mixers that won't last a month, missing fittings, damaged parcels. Recently w have bought a "stone" shower tray that started denting under a 60kg lady. VP straight up refused a replacement because it's installed incorrectly - obviously without seeing how it is installed. Tray is installed correctly and we have time so I am taking the matter to court. Bought a replacement from different supplier and sadly after many years I will not use them again. To all the people out there - I would suggest to b e careful if you don't want to loose or freeze your funds and you want your bathroom to last- stop using them as they are no longer what they used to be.

Plasticky looking finish. Poor build quality. Only didn’t return because of prohibitive cost and returning is deliberately made difficult. Tried to buy tap to go with it, using extra 10% code, but code didn't work so sales assistant on ‘chat’ said this had to be claimed back after purchase. Again made complicated to deter customer.. This company have very dubious sales and marketing practices. It appears there are algorithms that detect when you have been viewing and adding products to your basket so they know when to offer discounts.

After only a few months the vanity cabinet door fell off the hinges, hit the sink basin and cracked it, hit the toilet back and scratched it, hit the floor so hard it bounced and hit the shower panel and knocked it from it sealant. The mirror of the door smashed all over the floor at the same time my wife was in the shower so glass everywhere and a very distressed wife. After much pressing Victorian plumbing they eventually got back to us and attempted to fob us off with a replacement vanity unit explaining that the door can take 12kg of force so it must have been pulled excessively and they wanted to offer us a replacement unit as goodwill!! Nobody was near the unit when the door fell off, why would we saboutage our own newly fitted bathroom suite? So now we have damages to our vanity unit, sink, toilet back, floor, shower panel and shower tray all caused by a faulty unit sent from this really poor excuse of a company. I've decided to email trading standards about this company as they shirk responsibility and won't bother replying unless threatened with Citizens Advice / Trading Standards etc. I'd highly recommend customers to read the negative reviews of this company as there are a lot and they all follow a similar pattern. positive reviews can be bought online and I'd not be suprised if they have bought positive reviews for their company to cover their poor track record of bad reviews. Once they see this review they will reply pretending they care and have emailed the customer while all the while wanting to resolve the issues but believe me they will twist and turn in an attempt to not pay out for their poor products or issues caused throiugh their fault. I'm looking forward to what Trading standards and Small Calims court have to say about these and I'd recommend anyone else who has had a bad experience with this company to do the same.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I puchased a concealed cistern XTY005 for a new bathroom. They are still listing them in stock separately and in combinarion with various wall-hung toilet pans.
Turns out this item has not been made for a number of years and the munfactirer has no spare parts and cannot support the 5 year warranty.
Ours is 12 months old and started running continuously after flushing. I approached the manufacturer for warranty support and was told that they only have a few spare parts left (and sent me a replacement siphon which didn't 100% solve the problem, though it is better). They told me this unit has not been manufactured in years and any stock held by suppliers is old stock. They suggested I approach Victorian Plumbing for support as they still have stock so that they can supply a replacement under warranty. That way I could replace parts and return the system with the faulty parts. The manufacturer's only other option would be to supply a different system which would mean ripping out the wetwall in a new bathroom.
After weeks of telephone and email correspondence with Victorian Plumbing I am no further forward. They keep promising to help but never actually do anything. Really not impressed at all.
A concealed system looks great when it works but is a pain when you have issues. On balance I would not recommend any concealed system unless an easy access door is built into the wall for potential replacement.
