What does your office chair look like?

The Houzz office is very much a green and white affair. In fact, it's mostly white, bar a green fridge, a green kettle, plants and fresh herbs.

Our office chairs are white, too, and quite comfortable. Do you have a comfy office chair? What does it look like? If you show us yours, we'll show you ours....

Hi- just an fyi, I'm American and we Americans do NOT use real wood for weatherboarding!!! 20-30 years ago ppl used vinyl but that had issues, now they use a very strong resin board. No rotting or painting.

Rooms for thinking are so important, aren't they? I have two rooms designed for work—one with green walls (I read that green encourages mental reflection), one with white walls and a lovely view—but tend to do all my writing at the kitchen table nevertheless. Perhaps that's because the kitchen feels warmer and more connected to who I really am, which is a nice thought. But I sometimes wonder about an invisible process which sees other people migrating clutter to my study. What does that say about… well, anything and everything?

They certainly exist! The choice is overwhelming though and you might want to narrow it down a little by deciding what style to go for. Perhaps you can start by looking at designer houses like Vitra. These come in a certain price bracket but you can always check Ebay and the like if you don't mind a used chair. I have a couple of Aeron (Herman Miller) chairs in my work room. I think they're stylish, but more in a functional than aesthetic way perhaps.
