Which room in your house needs the most work?
Comments (13)My kitchen is the last room that needs a total overhaul as it's 30+ years old. Gave it a spruce up by painting the cupboards (with abstract artwork rather than one colour) and changed tiles to make it bearable as I hated the old ones so much and was sick of looking at them. Main thing is finding all the elements that I like while integrating the Edwardian original features (built-in dresser and pantry + open chimney breast. I have some ideas, I want a black mini om extractor and I have the floor plan so just all the details now. The room in which you spend most of your time would certainly benefit from a designed in Home Entertainment system which has full control but we think the entire home benefits from Smart Home Tech as after all you use every room in the house although not equally. Comments (13)Just in the middle of plastering our bedroom in our 3 bed Vic terrace,most of the plaster fell off so most was bare brick. I've already done the other 2 bedrooms+ landing+ stairwell .We're currently sleeping in the living room. As soon as we've done this its the bathroom next. 9 years agoMy Bedroom... Selfishly it's the one room in my house that is MY OWN SPACE. It is my sanctuary where I relax & unwind. Cosy,comfy, warm & inviting.
