If you look above you will see I answered this question in 2018. I must repeat get hold or the manufacturer of the gas hob. La Cornue which I used to be the exclusive importer of from France has huge burners, which are commercial in size and use, so 150mm would not be nearly enough on one. The manufacturer will have done tests and should be able to give definitive guidance. Don’t forget if you put a pan on the hob the flame will span out far further under it. On Monday I would get hold of the manufacturer - I hope that helps.

Just had a quick look on the neff website installation download and for a 700 gas hob it says a minimum of 150mm is required between the cutout and a side wall, for a 700 hob the cut out is only 560mm so the hob is wider by 70mm each side, this leaves an 80mm gap between the hob top and a wall. But as stated above, having room for pan handles and space to put a pan down is a good idea. Best to look up the installation instructions for your hob model and see what it says or have a word with a gas safe engineer as you will need one to connect the hob safely.

a 60cm hood will fit in a 600mm gap, in reality the hood is usually about 595 wide, but you won't have any gap at the extractors maximum points, with a chimney extractor, either stainless or with glass, its only a small section that is 595 wide. or you could choose an integrated extractor [which has a matching door to it to match your wall units] and that will fit in a 600 gap and you don't have any gaps either side to worry about. your designer should of gone through the extractor options, the sizes and the gaps with you also be a good idea to decorate the gap before the extractor is fitted looking at your photo, you also need to raise your slot in cooker before use, it should be level or higher than the worktop so you don't damage it.
