painting on bathroom wall tiles

my batroom tile wall is plain brown ... wat kind of paint i can use on it to decorate it and if you please can you send me any site i can find some drawings for this goal

You can get paint specifically for painting tiles. This is usually easily available from most major DIY stores.

Do the tiles cover the whole bathroom or just a small area? In your shower as well?

Painting tiles is an option but be aware that they require a lot of preparation to get the paint looking good. Its not a case of running a roller over them as you need to be careful around the grout areas as well.

You could perhaps leave the wall with the door and maybe the wall with the radiator. These could be painted. Perhaps half tile around the bath (window wall and wall opposite the basin) up to the same height as the boxing in behind the basin.

Hi there, thats correct - it doesnt necessarily increase the chances of mould or mildew, rather it may be visible sooner if it is an older house or one could have any damp issues sooner. Although I am not totally familiar with the house so I wouldn't like to advise too much on this! With any tiling you would still have to consider the cleaning as the grout (depending on the colour) will ware over time too. Another option that can be quite effective is tiling the floor and the walls in the same tile all over, however I see the floor tiles are already laid - love these by the way! I would consider going floor to ceiling as you will have a clean and contemporary finish with bigger impact to match the rest of the house. As with any advice on here, it is slightly more difficult to tell without seeing the room in person, however I think what you have got is going to look lovely either way! If your budget is such that you are limited to painting the tiles, speak to a decorators merchant, like Brewers, for some genuine advice about a product like this. When you do contact them, be sure to mention that it is for a wet room(bathroom) as this may have a significant impact on the product life and general durability.

Ps zinsers 123 primer is highly advised as an amazing primer paint. It will provide a good base to paint over, especially if your tiles are currently gloss. You might still want to give them a light sand anyway but clean them thoroughly beforehand to ensure no grease
