3 bed + bathroom downstairs or 2 bed + bathroom upstairs?
Comments (22)Front hallway- I say save your money leave it up. Cost of removal is minor but you will likely have to move radiators and electrics and make good plasterwork and coving- I say protect another £1500 profit. Present the larger back reception as a living room and present the front reception as the dining room. Given that the bathroom is likely to go upstairs make the downstairs bathroom into a room to access the garden- I would present the kitchen as a kitchen/breakfast room with doors to see the garden as being able to see from the front door to the back garden should pay dividend....See MoreDouble height bathroom dilemma
Comments (4)I agree that the vaulted ceiling would be out of proportion although you could do what the Victorians used to do- have a skylight and therefore a light filled space above the room and then a window in the ceiling of your bathroom. Sun tunnels seem like a cheaper alternative but the only one I saw didn't deliver (kinda like early energy saving light bulbs- promised to be bright but really you needed five to replace a conventional bulb)...See More2mx2m bathroom - layout ideas?
Comments (5)Hey it may be a tight squeeze but the door I made so that it opens the other way rather than inwards unless you needed it going into the this room? the windows however please ignore the big one at the back, I was unsure how big the windows were but the layout is to give you more of an idea mainly! you could add also a shower rod and curtain there too and storage are both top and bottom, under sink for loo rolls or some space around shelving of mirror. colours could be changed if you wish but was to give you an idea of what it would look like within a 2x2m bathroom :) hope this helps!...See More4 bedrooms 1 Bathroom or 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms??
Comments (4)If I was selling, I’d leave as It is and let the buyer decide what the want rather than spending time and money plumbing. If renting I think I’d leave as it is. How big is the smallest room? Are people likely to see the house as 3 bed+ office. If there’s 4 good size bedrooms I think an en-suite would be more desirable. It depends on your market really!...See MoreKerry Donnelly
