Great use of small space, what are the dimensions please?

I am hoping to find space for an ensuite in my bedroom. Your design works really well, could you tell me what the dimensions of the space were please?

Your new condo looks lovely and I also once had the problem of a spare room. With that room you have 3 options: 1. Buy a desk with a bed which swaps round (see picture) 2. Get a desk and a sofa bed which turns into a bed when having guests to stay 3. Buy a desk and a wardrobe bed (see picture) I like the the first idea if you plan to keep a wardrobe and other stuff for when a guest stays as it gives you more space. But with the second idea the sofa can turn into a double for 2 guests where as idea number one and three the bed has a weight limit and is a single bed. Hope this helps x

Hi comegetme, Thanks for your fast feedback. Studio will be used mainly as kitchen (part of my sentence in title was cut by houzz system) We have to decide 2 things: What colors/design to use if wall colors - are changed ( I am thinking about 2nd screenshot design I've attached) - are not changed(don't know yet) I am attaching dimensions.

Need help to use all the space in my small balcony

I have the following suggestions to improve the usable space and add some storage. Use deck chairs, they are comfortable and don't take up much space, when not in use they can hang on a wall outside. If you converted the patio doors to bi-fold door you would have more space on the balcony. This would allow for shelves on pillars to left and right. These shelves could be used for potted herbs, plant mint and make your own home grown Mojito. In the alcoves I suggest that two raised beds, these could have storage underneath. Again they could be used for herbs or grasses which do well on roof gardens and balconies. Put them on casters if there is glass behind that needs to be cleaned. If you use same material on balcony as the lounge, it will give the impression that the balcony is part of the lounge and vice versa. If you need more info contact me at www.lavin,ie

Thank you for your sketches! Sorry I'm just replying, had a lot going on at work! Yes, keeping the grass and having a slabbed patio sounds good. Would it work to have the patio along the fence opposite the garage? Just enough tiles to fit furniture on and a few plant pots maybe.
