The pic with the colours chairs works so well as they are the only coloured things in that set - if you want them to be as stunning - I think you need to emulate the set - ie white walls and white floor ! If you go with the darker wood floor that you are considering - personally - I think it may loose a little of its Wow ! ( will look fantastic with white plates !! And the three colours used as serving or side dishes /napkins etc )

Thanks minnie101. Yes I do like the renovation ☺️. Now I'm working on the decorations.. I do plan to add an AJ floor lamp. It would be great to pull out the sofa a little bit.. May be only a few inches is allowed ,..and place the floor lamp between the window n the sofa near the wall.. If it's too packed, the lamp can be on the left hand side right at the place where the door opens to.. I also plan to hang some pictures on the white wall above the sofa.. May be 2 or 3 pics like that in the sample pics 2, 3 & 4. But I'm very slow on this... hesitating on the styles of the pictures i should choose... May be some geometric black white grey pics with a hint of pink.. And some pics with quotes.. I hope to keep the place look simple and minimal.. A friend of mine said I don't need to add any pic if I want a minimalist design. As for the wall of the living room, there's an irregular clock. I tried to put more numbers scattered over the space but it felt too much and made the place look less spacious,... So finally I took some away and now only no. 1,4,8,9 left. What do u think? I will also add some greenery on the shelves and tables like small pots and plants, cactus, etc. Appreciate any comments & advice.

Hello Newton81, You're not alone... There are few of us who can afford what we really want .. So.. Given that you understand that replica means just that.. You are getting more or less what you pay for.. things can still be made well but not carry the "name" but it's true... Some replicas or copies are not made that well.. So it's wise to look around.. The other thing to consider too is that things are often priced because of the "name" So.. It's good to really look carefully and think on exactly what it is you're spending for.... Useful chair or the name! (yes beauty and design..) Sometimes a copy is as good as the real thing.. and if it means having more in the pocket, then even better... Who said a rolex had to be real! It's cool 2 b a copy! : ) ) Clients come with all manner of ideals and budgets.. big and small.. So finding ways to achieve the look they want at the price the wallet can afford is something that has to be considered.. I have picked 2 with an addition of an armchair.. I think it's nice to have an armchair for the heads of the table.. but maybe you don't like that idea... see the link below.. It's not Vitra! but... See what you think... Look at the returns policy and materials.. then decide which way you want to go.. ask about damages etc and weigh up the cost of a copy vs the real deal... My big love is the Cherner chair... Hi Kyle. Can you move the furniture you're selling into another room temporarily and try rearranging the furniture to see what space you're actually left with so you can measure it out properly? I might be wrong but it looks as if the only other place the sofa can go is in front of the sideboard, it looks by eye as if it would be too deep to go on the RHS of the fire? Has your partner actually found tables he likes?
