Comments (22)Isn't it great when you post a plan, it all becomes clearer. Was going to suggest what Jen P has, Makes for a much better layout. Not sure what dimensions you have for the Orangery, what extensions you may have had in the past or what you may get away with under permitted development further. But...................do you have the ability to fill in the corner of dining area and then build the Orangery? It makes for a better shaped room. Comments (1)I didn't vote, I don't want either really. I'm not into things that make a "statement". I like thing to be harmonious, which compliment and co-ordinate with each other, no one item thing standing out. I don't mind things that are a focal point of a room, but I don't want them to dominate the rest of the furniture or furnishings, so you only see that one thing.
