Fitted Bedroom Wardrobe and Convertible Furniture
Comments (6)Hi Lauren, we're too far away to be of too much help, but the product range we offer most office is theCrown Living / Lifespace range. They have a huge range of door colours/styles (Over 120 at last count!) in matts, gloss, sparkes, painted woods/woodgrains, metalics etc. and a very flexible system. We recently came up against Sharps, and our quote for a similar configuration/style was around half the price of Sharps. If you pick carefully your styles and mix of units, it can be very good value. You could find your local dealer at this link. Alternatively if you struggle to track down a dealer, we could quote for supply only and have delivered direct to you if you have your own fitter lined up, though obviously we are too far away to offer our usual levels of service....See MoreRedecorating Small Bedroom for Single Man in his 30s
Comments (11)I don’t think this is good Feng Shui but I’d go for mirrored wardrobes to make the room feel bigger and make sure storage is taken up to the ceiling. I’d also look for a storage bed that’s on legs as it will make the room feel visually a little larger than one sat straight on the floor. Not sure if this is your thing but taking influence from the photos and alto saxophone I’d go for something with influences from the jazz era (or nearly!). A tufted bed would be great and will make a statement. If in budget I’d look for taller bedside tables (height of mattress, this is from Rockett St George as are the lights) and taller lamps, ideally when sat up the base of the lamp shade should be level with your chin). I’d look at a muted emerald green feature wall and add texture and pattern with warm neutral colours and a faux fur throw, pink would also look good but you may not be keen (!) or a deep teal/petrol blue. Maybe a brass starburst or molecular light over the bed as you can afford to hang it lower. A palm print blind could work and would also add a plant for the bedside table...See MoreBedroom wardrobe dilemma- help design storage
Comments (7)Hi, not sure why the alcove near the bed can’t have ceiling height wardrobes? Are you worried that the wardrobe will hit the bed, is that the problem? Maybe sliding doors would be better? I had fitted wardrobes installed by Sharpes, and the salesman was really helpful in configurating how it should all fit, including an awkward stair box area. He really knew his stuff. Am very pleased with the wardrobes, all built bespoke by an amazing carpenter. We were very impressed! Hopefully you will get lots of advice on here, and maybe you should get some companies/carpenters in to measure and quote. Mine cost just over £3000 for 6 and a half doors, rails, shelving etc....See MoreHelp with bedroom, walk in wardrobe and ensuite
Comments (16)Hi; without being rude I don’t think you have the space for both. Walk in wardrobes take up a lot more space than people realise. We have a similar layout & have 10m for it to work efficiently. I think it’s better to have a full wall of wardrobes & a luxurious bathroom. At the end to the day, a walk in only hangs your clothes! You only spend a minute in there. I wouldn’t put clothes in a bathroom - there’s steam & poop smells, and it just seems odd. You could even fit a bath in that en-suite for a hotel feel!...See MoreUser
