Comments (8)Hi Kirsty, I agree with one plan a neutral colour with colour changing lights would be a win-win for you both. Coloured back splashes can be a very personal discussion as colour effect us all differently. A warm yellow can always give a kitchen a pop of colour and look very modern too. I've attached a bright yellow , one with a green coloured glass back splash a with blue LED lights and a pale blue backsplash. Comments (9)hi Zoe, if you are fixed on glass, you should probably go for a strong colour or the kitchen could be quite monotone. you could have a painted wall and have a 50mm or 100mm upstand in the same finish as the worktop around the hob you could have glass or a metal full height splashback. what is the colour of the floor in the kitchen as that could provide help in deciding the colour if glass is your preferred solution. best Rowland...See MoreWinston Design Collaboration
