Solar Shade question, how choose between 5% and 3%

Hi,

I need help for choosing the openness of a solar shade.

It will go in my living room, inside.

It's a south facing window, in front of my house, facing the road.


I asked for a quote from a store for a 5% openness. Now I'm wondering if it's better for 3% openness.


I want to keep an outside view and at the same time, to be able to watch the TV without too much reflection on the screen. I don't know if 5% openness is sufficient.
