Detached Victorian Property Gets A Complete Overhaul

The homeowners of this detached period property required an increase in living space. In order to gain the space they wanted, a rear two-storey extension with doors leading to the garden patio was built. The loft was also converted, adding a further two bedrooms to the property, one of which made the most of the views over the Surrey Hills with a full-width glazed frontage. Alongside the building and conversion work the whole property was refurbished, including the installation of under floor heating throughout the ground floor extension.
Front loft bedroom has full-width glazing with view over Reigate, rear elevation fully glazed
The build period for this project was 16 weeks.
