We have noticed an increase in interest from our customers to have their window finishes integrated - either with dedicated wall controller or automated with their lighting scenes.
Are you a fan?
Comments would be welcomed on why you like/dislike them: black out, reflect sun, noise, lazy or aesthetics etc.
Particularly in the case of blinds, motorised can be great. Some of our customers find them really useful for hard to reach areas - like over a kitchen sink for example, or for skylight windows. We'll definitely be seeing more of them in the coming years!
Big thanks Hillarys! Yes, hard to reach areas are an obvious application.
Yes, we agree with the foreseeable growth in coming years. We are currently playing with the Amazon Echo to see what performance we can get from voice commands, we have the lighting working so wish to produce a robust integration with blind control as well.
