What colour dining table
Comments (27)Kitchens are a big expense - especially the chairs so I would match them to the units - the set you showed matches the colours of the chairs with the units really well, BUT, 1. The pine top doesn't work and 2. You need to add a bit of pzaz to this space. You can paint or cover the pine top with whatever colours / textures you choose as accents then follow these colours through into the pictures and the odd accessory (but don't go mad and keep most of the kitchen utensils and tools in the same colour as the background so they 'disappear' - only use subtle accent colours on gorgeous items so they stand out). This way, if you get bored with your scheme you can just change the accessories and the table top colour rather than the whole lot. Feel free to email me for more help. Comments (7)I was thinking the same as math; a black metal leg table with a wooden top. https://m.johnlewis.com/john-lewis-calia-8-seater-dining-table/p431150 the John Lewis Calia is a nice dining table which is available in oak or a darker wood; I personally find the oak will offer a nice contrast and add some warmth. Dwell also have a lovely table with a walnut top (if I remember correctly, it's also available in a grey gloss top) https://dwell.co.uk/104938...See MoreWhat colour to paint garden furniture?
Comments (30)I havent managed to paint the chairs yet but have hidden the yellow one from sight for now. I couldnt bare to see it there any longer ;-) (Sorry ED) I will paint them same colour as table the next time I have a spare moment. I've added a splash of colour to my vase... and I think that might be a safer option!!...See Morewhat colour sofa and dining table- colour schemes
Comments (2)I’d echo the colours from the kitchen, for a simple, cohesive look. Also blends in well with the view outside too ! Then you can add bright or muted tones in your cushions etc to suit your mood or the seasons ( as cushion covers are quick to change and easy to store)...See MoreAaltonen Interiors
