Hello Claudia, Speaking from an art on walls point of view, I'm loving the challenge, so I present a few choice pieces for the wall above your two armchairs that I think will be a happy compliment to your existing decor and furnishings: As regards the picture above your piano, the colours work well with your room but you don't like the subject, right? If that's the case, this consideration will have to be a decision based on what subject(s) you really like or are quite sentimental to, as opposed to colour matching an art piece just to fit in with the rest of the room. If you do play the piano, musicians are very sentimental people, so you want something above the piano that you can "feel and connect to" when you're sitting there playing. It has to be sentimental to you, irrespective of what it is and what colour it may be, and not to consider it as part of the rooms overall decor. Hi. If you google ŵall panelling there are a few companies that come up. MTM would be better to fit to your ŵall however if you're on a budget the online companies are fine. I may (!) have used fine panel for a small ŵall in my hall my old house. You install it yourself which is fairly easy. You may have to do 1/2 cuts to fit. My husband is useless at diy so I persuaded the company to cut a panel to fit with me taking responsibility for any error. After that it was really just using adhesive from memory which I did with the help of my son and his friend (to hold it whilst the adhesive went off!) and then paint it. I think (!) the rules for panelling are either end 1/3 or 2/3 height. If you have something that finishes halfway up the ŵall it will split the room in half. This is where the mtm may come in if you're in a new build for example with low ceilings but I think different heights may be available but don't quote me on that! Alternatively order online and get a handy man to fit.

The tops tiles busca is very similar to ones by Original Style which can be seen in stores like Leekes. Obviously there is a VAST price difference, but if you are looking at one, you should see the other too. I was considering these but went for industrial gold by British Ceramic Tile in the end

I think an earthy colour with a green tone would work well. You can see the colour I used came out somewhat darker than shown, Crowns darker shade is "expectation " which may work. I don't know whether it would also be worth looking at Farrow and ball mouse's back or the lighter "light grey". I also like colourhappy's suggestion for trailing plants. I think as eyes are drawn to light, the plants would "point" it's way to the panelling so to speak? Apologies, I can't photoshop so the only plants I could photoshop look like swamp monsters 😂 I think the cushions work well too.
