Some of our OPEN PLAN kitchens...of course we love your opinion
Comments (0)All of these projects offer challenges due to their small sizes and the idea was to try and be clever with the design whilst also not taking too much away from the overall design of the space - and especially trying not to make the kitchens too overpowering - of course they had to be functional spaces as well!! We were happy with the final outcomes and hope perhaps there is something of use for any one doing any open plans... Comments (10)I like the tiles - but for the floor. The only patterned tiles I would have on the walls would be marble. - @ Minnie - love the flamingo!! Would be amazing in a dark bathroom, ha ha. Actually my old family bathroom (as a kid) has a feature wall scene which was all fish! Was amazing. It’s still there now as my sister rents the old house. All in kind of creamy beige background with mid pastel colours of fish. Then myself and mum did a stained glass panel of fish to go in the window. Was cool at the time. Dated now but still fun!...See MoreI am planning a bedroom redecoration and would love some advice pls!
Comments (13)Hi Naomi, What a great space to work with and some really fab ideas so far! We love the idea of having the gold touches against a bolder, solid colour. What about having a rich, jewel shade of blue or navy to complement, as already suggested? We love the current 'blue' trend at the moment in interiors and just feel that it adds such an elegant and opulent touch to an interior space, especially a bedroom. However, regardless of our opinion we will watch this space keenly and look forward to seeing your finished room! If we can help with any flooring or rugs you might require please get in touch!...See Morewould love some suggestions for cheering up our garde
Comments (1)Hi there, You have a nice space but it could be made só much better with planting! At the moment there are too many "walls" on show in your garden (the retaining walls) and they dominate your garden. I would make them disappear with well chosen planting that matches the specific conditions of each spot (and paint the green wooden stakes that form some of these walls charcoal só that they really disappear behing the planting that I would do. I would also add nice specimen shrubs in the middle section as focal points. Also, I agree with you that the middle section should be levelled. You already have too many level divisions in your garden, this just breaks it up even more. I am a garden designer and do a range of online services including planting plans. I would be very happy to help you. Please have a look at my website for more details and get in touch if at all interested. www.therootedconceptgardendesign.co.uk All the best, Deborah deborahbiasoli@gmail.com 07548105456...See MoreUser
