Good Morning. The price varies according to the detail of the project, the homeowners need and expectations. I customize each project so it is the best for each client if I see the property and visit with the seller or homeowner. Any particular reason you want to use metal? Water and metal will not last long. How about toughened glass? You can have any colour you want as they spray the back of the glass. Kent Blaxill, we have depots in Ipswich and Colchester ( there may be other depots) will measure, even sort out any cut outs, spray, toughen and fit. We had them for our kitchen splash backs and are highly delighted.

I’m not sure you will find a woollen fabric cheaply. A woollen blanket alone can cost around £50+. May be worth looking at the online fabric shop Fashion Interiors - I’ve used them and they have a huge range of fabrics. The Scion fabric I ordered was beautiful and came on a roll, so less creasing. Laura Ashley still do wool curtain fabrics so may be also worth a look too. You just have good taste!
