Wood burning stoves! Late last year we had one installed, with a water jacket. We haven't got the plumbing done yet, but we've now got two stoves, and they're brilliant!

I have ticked 'grey' although I have kitchen units in three different colours in my fairly new kitchen-diner - lamp-room grey with an oak worktop housing a double Belfast sink, graphite grey with a pale granite worktop on the peninsular unit and alabaster (rich creamy colour) with the same oak worktop opposite the peninsular unit and for the doors of the walk-in larder and utility cupboard (no space for a utility room!) and the oven housing. The oak worktops have been treated with four coats of Osmo Polyx-oil, which I think is a fantastic product and has protected the worktops perfectly. The flooring is mock limestone laminate and I'm delighted with how the whole room looks.

Hi, this was a really hard choice as they are all stunning kitchens and well finished! I love the funky and fresh though the most, particularly like the orange pendant lights and the use of the green on the wall.

Depends on the style of the room - I think oil rubbed copper would look great in an industrial space, and chrome in a traditional bathroom!
