Need help choosing kitchen fabric
Hello,
I'd love some ideas on what material I should put in my recently extended kitchen. It has a bold black and white worktop with white units (see uploaded picture). The old material doesn't link anymore, but I can't seem to find a suitable replacement. I would like to add some colour in the fabric to liven the room up.

Comments (27)Update - alabaster painted oak units, oak worktop, (curved end units and worktop corners) belfast sink, 1100 stainless steel rangemaster porcelain large high gloss ivory 600x600 floor tiles, ivory grout - please see attached look book just still to decide on shade of sage on walls - deciding between F&B Mizzle, Vert De Terre, Ball Green and Cooking Apple Green... Comments (11)Hi Caro, I have attached two images of wall paper that I think you compliment your kitchen. The green and blues in these wallpapers would harmonise with the existing titles and highlight the height of the room. From your ideas book it seems you like repeat patterns, both of these styles suggest a 60s feel whilst remaining contemporary. As you can see in the second photograph, the pattern and colours sit very well with the dark shiny worktop, similar to the one you mention putting in at a later date. Comments (4)Colour choices really do depend on a number of factors, but any colour tile will work alongside white and grey. You could even consider patterned tiles to add more interest. Are you hoping to achieve a certain look? What colour are the walls? Which style of tile are you considering, and what accessories (lighting, for example) have you chosen? Oh, okay. Basically you have a blank canvas, loads of colours will work. But I'd be tempted to go with black & white. Maybe Lohko by Scion? You'll have to get samples and look at fabrics in your kitchen though.
