How to fill gaps in floorboards?

We're about to sand our floorboards in our Victorian terrace, but how to fill the gaps? The boards are in good nick, but some have small gaps between them - 3mm-7mm. Ive read about GapMaster, StopGap, Draught-Ex - does anyone have any experience of these? Thanks.

Don't do it. Would be my recommendation.

Add a nice cosy rug ! Otherwise don't mess with it - as wood moves with the seasons and houses need airflow to prevent damp etc !

Thank you very much for all the advice. We have already thought about mounting the TV up but decided against it as the wall is solid and it would therefore cause a lot of mess. Hi there, It depends on what you have already planted in there and what the mature size of each of these plants is. I can see that you have some phormiums there, for example. These get quite big with time, and so I would not advise that you plant anything permanent around them. Maybe some annuals to fill the gaps that you can grow from seed or buy as plug plants every year untill the phormiums reach maturity and the gaps disappear. So, in a nutshell, look at what you have in there and take their mature size into account so that you dont end up with an ugly looking overcrowded planting scheme and have to dig things out in some years time. I use a professional company who fill the largest gaps to cut down on the dust, etc, coming through, but leaving enough movement to prevent damp. They then sand it all perfectly and it looks like new!
