Arrangement of TV and couch

Me and my roommates have bought a new TV and a couch and are planning to place it in our living room. The attached images are the possible arrangements we have thought of. Please review and give your expert advice about which is a better arrangement. If looking at the floor plans you can think of a possibly new and better arrangement, do let me know. I will appreciate the insights.

Hi, Akash! I would either use the right or left wall for the television. However, the right wall is my favorite. I recommend floating the sofa in the middle of the room leaving space for traffic flow to/from the balcony behind it. That way, tv viewing is not disturbed when one needs to get to the kitchen. I hope this helps!

Hi Akash , I agree with Studio Riche Designs that the Tv would be better on the right wall . I would put the couch in the middle of the room in front of the door of the balcony . That way the energy coming in from the balcony door will have to slow down a bit and be able to circulate through the rest of the house and nourish the occupants. I am talking from a Feng Shui perspective . Otherwise the energy coming in will rush down all the way through the kitchen to the end of the house without circulating through the house.

Rad in the bay to knock off the chill. Put a nice cover on it. Perhaps a built-in settee like one of these that are vented for the rad. If not seating, then put a nice game table and chairs there for entertaining and family time. One sofa and two chairs (all small apartment size) will be most flexible for arranging and rearranging. You've only shown us 2 walls, so hard to advise much more. Comment and use the AI button to add more pix.

If you're keen to keep the existing furniture then the couches need to stay as they are - you can't block the opening or the cupboards. So the only option would be to change he actual furniture.

Thank you for the tip. The idea of having a console table is pretty nice, but it does not solve our problem. We do not mind to have a sofa as a divider. We would liek to arrange TV and sofa in a way, that the people sitting on the sofa are turned back away from the entrance to the living room. We have a feeling it is uncomfortable to sit turned back from the entrance since you have a weird feeling because you do not know what is going on behind your back. If we would have turned sofa in other direction or moved it to the wall, we do not know where to put TV.

From what I can see I'd have a dining table next to the kitchen by the patio doors. I'd make a feature fire on the centre of the left hand wall. It feels a bit as though you still could open it up some more at the back I almost want to take the wall down that has the single door on as you've created an awkward layout there. Without seeing the plans it's difficult to advise - you can fit a corner sofa in there but I would face it across the wall facing you and the wall with the door so would advise blocking off the door. You can then put the TV on the far of the left hand side wall.

I would center the TV on the large wall on the right, and then center the couch on that TV so that it is pulled out toward the center of the room. I would put down a large area rug to further define that space inside the living room.
