Colour worktop with Camel and Navy Units?

Hi,
We are getting a new kitchen fitted which will have camel (very similar to cashmere - units on left on image) units on the walls and a navy island (see pic for colour). Just wondering what worktop you think would work with that colour combination? I’ve always liked Carrara marble and was thinking of going for that but not sure the grey tones will go with the warmer camel colour - any thoughts or alternative suggestions? I do like the Veined effect but open to ideas.

We have a variety of hadle suppliers, but one of our favourite for "cup & knob" in a variety of lovely finishes is Crofts & Assinder - crofts.co.uk - a really great, British company with some lovely designs and finishes. 6 years agoHi colourhappy, we will have timber floors but my concern is clashing with the camel units. However some of the calcatta quartzs I have seen seem to have beige tints to the veining so this could be the answer, otherwise if anyone knows any quartz with warmer veins please let me know. Thanks!

Took a pic for you, but it’s with artificial, warmer light. Other pic I took during construction, in daylight. But as I said, they have more colours.

6 years agoThis is design of our kitchen. We went for sinquastone cyclone white. Think it’s made in Northern Ireland though. Matches navy and grey perfectly and quite a string vein.
