Lovely kitchen remodel!

I'd love to know the kitchen paint color/brand for the walls and trim. They pair nicely with the flooring. Also the backsplash is striking. Can you reveal the type/manufacturer? Thank you kindly.

This one is from several years ago but I believe we used Sherwin Williams Bath Salt for the paint color and the tile was from Morris Tile. I believe it was a Walker Zanger tile. There are so many gorgeous tile options out there today!

Hi Stella thanks for looking I did not want to go for painted as not greatest Diy and the original solid oak doors were so lovely did not want to spoil them the handles on top units would be marked if removed as over 20yrs old. However the new ones do match really well difficult to photograph and I wanted a definite difference between top and bottom colours as so like that relaxed look and sooo needed a change. we are going to replace platerack facia only and display between windows facia only keeping the oak surrounds and drawers. I will try and photo hardware I love it revamped the lighting cupboards and plinths feels so different and bright now

Hi Sara. If you want doors at the end I'd go for a galley with built in seating similar to this. Opposite way round for yours though with tall units (with appliances) and banquette on right. I'd just have base units on the left and stop them where the tall units opposite end if you want to keep the side door. I would look at moving the boiler though and you may have to change the dining room window as it looks low although there may be other ways to deal with this. I think french doors would be nice, perhaps painted in a dark shade?

My advice: Use your dining room for your table. I've looked at your kitchen layout and this is what I came up with: 1. about 35cm deep cabinet, 40cm wide 2. seating for 3 3. 90cm drawers 4. 60cm sink cabinet with pullout for trash 5. dishwasher 6. 90cm drawers (could add a 40cm wide upper cabinet above it for glasses and mugs, since this will probably be where your coffee maker will be) 7. 90cm drawers with 80cm induction cooktop and 90cm extractor hood (what kitchen style do you like?) 8. 50cm cabinet 9. tall cabinet with 102cm freezer and compact oven (with microwave function?) 10. tall cabinet with 178cm fridge And an extra window in the bedroom, because of the desk in that corner :)

I think it looks very clean, fresh, and modern and much improved on the old kitchen. Once the owners move back in and add their own touches it will look homely. I had a kitchen about this size and just had one clear glass pendant light in the middle and the standard extractor fan lights. We were able to see and there was no problem with shadows so I don't know what all the fuss is about here. Kitchens are for cooking, not performing surgery. I would have chosen a more exciting looking light, but actually applaud the lack of spotlights here, aka 'builder's acne'. :)
