Hello, Looks amazing, What oil has been used to make it look this way please?

Hi, on this particular image the shine on the deck is because it's wet rather than an oil that's been applied to it. If you want to keep the natural colour the best option would be to use a coating with a colour as you won't have to apply a maintenance coat as often. We'd recommend Sansin Dec for a coloured coating. If you wanted a clear coating we'd recommend Osmo UV Protection Oil although you'd need to apply a maintenance coat more frequently.

Oh dear, I hope your company didn't lay them... The problems are legion, but the most striking mistake is in the layout. The tiles do not follow the line of the stairs, nor are they symmetrical. This will ALWAYS make the hall look lopsided. When you add in the colour scheme and lack of other period features, the owners have a problem. Are these encaustic tiles? The colour is far from traditional for a hallway and as others have said- more suited for a bathroom/utility room. If they are encaustic, why not move them to the garden and make a Mediterranean courtyard? The hall can then be inviting rather than blinding.

shed (brick built & a bit damp) = garden tools, greenhouse = tomatoes, peppers & a grape vine, workshop = man cave, garage = storage, summerhouse = chairs to sit with a glass of wine & a good book. :) we're very fortunate to have all of these.
