I posted yesterday in the using Houzz section but didn’t get a reply

My profile icon keeps changing and I’m not doing it. I’m worried that somehow someone has access to stuff on my phone. Not really worried about accessing Houzz but other things. It’s been a woman a business logo then yesterday a man and today what I think is an image of windows. Please will Houzz moderators/helpers tell me if this has happened before? I’m not tech savvy and so don’t know anything about unauthorised access but I do read the news and worry about hacking. I might be worrying about nothing but I’m wondering if I should take Houzz off my phone? But then I’ll hardly ever visit :(
