This is by BSB Design and their number is 972-720-1778. Reference the design type in the description with them and they should be able to tell you.

Thank you One Plan and Scott for your help. Yes on the drawings they have added some up lighters on the wall, it is something I like the idea of but wanted to see what others thought. I like the idea of lights built into the floor. Do you have any pictures of this at all? My concern would be objects getting in the way but as I am planning on having my sofas off the wall hopefully nothing should get in the way. What type of light would you suggest for this? Possibly a spot? We have also talked about having spots in the ceiling for when I need a lot of light in the room. Would you go with this too? Yes the LED strip sounds good too!! I really like the idea of the spots on the floor, the LED's and I thought the third could be lamps which would be on side table next to my sofa's. Then the spots would be there just for when I need a lot of light, e.g. cleaning, etc. As you can see in the drawing the next area along from the octagon has a curved ceiling. We thought it might be nice to put LED's here which would enhance the curve but I also this will be where my dining table would be so I thought a pendant or chandelier would be nice? Do you think these would compliment each other? Scott I would love to see a picture of the candelabra you mentioned. As you can probably tell I am struggling a bit with having almost three rooms in one. I want everything to flow and compliment each other nicely. Thank you both for your help! I really appreciate it! Thanks everyone! Interesting how suddenly the article gets picked up again! We actually finished renovating and sold the flat in January 2017 and bought a farmhouse in need of full renovation! Funnily enough we've just been doing more bathrooms - turning one very large bathroom into an en suite and bathroom. I've been trying to keep up to date (ish) on my blog woodenwindowsills.co.uk and there are lots of ensuite renovation highlights on my instagram @woodenwindowsills - when we've finished I'll be sure to post another before and after as this one is a completely different style, and I love it!

Hi there, it will be hard to achieve an open floor plan with this side extension . In fact, it seems it would just complicate things in a very expensive way. If you don't need a 4th bedroom every day, but just occasionally for in-laws, can you make the garage into a small, compact guesthouse? If your kitchen feels too small, you might just want to relocate it to the room with the fireplace.
