Comments (4)Hello Price my kitchen, I think knobs and handles in kitchens have to be very carefully chosen.. There are so many ways to create a kitchen that is functional, beautiful and interesting! A kitchen can go from being lovely to awful with just the addition of a boring knob or handle! It's things like this and more that I consider when I design kitchens.. I'd like to see more carved cabinet fronts that form the handle for example. Things like this and others is what would take an average kitchen to something in another league altogether.. Comments (13)Zaza Cocoon Ltd there is no one answer to your question! I'm sure you will agree that it all depends on the particular style of the kitchen and individual's preference. Personally I like handles, but at the same time I do recognise the beauty of handleless designs like push open or fingers pull groove, which are just perfect for modern, contemporary kitchen design. As Armac Martin said, handles can add character to any unit and make it look so much more stylish + you can hang towels on some. Bathroom Eleven also has an extremely valid point - boy do kids love to hang from handles! Not to mention that a push open mechanism saves you from getting the handle dirty if you are working in the kitchen and your hands are covered with flour etc....See MoreKitchen cabinet handles- what length? Comments (4)We have satin polished nickel handles on our drawers...I believe there is about 5cm each side so they are quite long. I'll try and upload a picture when I get home. I think it looks nicest with long handles plus the more handle there is the easier the drawer is to open imo!...See MoreAnnabelle
