Who was the interior designer for this room?

We would like to feature this room in an upcoming issue of Palm Beach Illustrated magazine in an column about using Peacock Blue in design. Would you tell me who was responsible for the interior design so I can obtain a quote? We would be happy to mention you as the architect as well.

Milla Russo, a realtor with Illustrated Properties was responsible for the furnishings. It is a spec home and Milla and I worked through most of the design decisions together.

I think you have a lovely amount of space in your living room. Maybe just to brighten things up with a statement sofa and some accessories. The two small walls are enough for some division in the room which I think is important! I LOVE the chair in the corner of the room idea! I think if you brightened up the place with some fresh cream paint and added some canvas paintings to the wall you could really have an open space to come into. Duck egg blues & yellows go nicely and look very smart when put together. I hope this has helped. Please find some images on our profile for some inspiration. Lauren.

I’m not sure if this is your kind of thing or what colours you like etc. I quite like the different blues together for the chair and sofa but the chair also comes in primrose and mustard. I’d add a yellow/mustard cushion/s for the sofa anyway. The coffee table is actually a burnished gold but the pic isn’t very good. I like the shelves idea, I’d add the chair here angled towards the sofa. The last pic is an Ikea hack of kitchen units just as an idea for the tv, their horizontal units should be about the right viewing height if floated. I’d have a floor lamp one side of the sofa and tray table and lamp the other. I’d probably just go a lighter shade of the wall colour for curtains but depends on chair colour etc. The cushion is from bluebell gray and they’ve got some lovely things if it’s your style
