From where can I order the cloud, shelf like this? I know it's by all modern, but how can we reach them?

I currently have about 5 large boxes of books in my house and 5 “unused” alcoves so alcove shelving seems an obvious solution to me! What I’m struggling to decide is 1) How far recessed from the alcove the shelves would look best (2cm or more in an alcove that is 30cm deep?), 2) how chunky/thick (top to bottom) the shelves should be and 3) whether to pack the shelves in eg for novels without leaving much space between shelves or make a taller space on the bottom shelf for photos etc? Any ideas please?

Hi Sian, Lusso stone have a new vanity unit available at the end of the month, it will be steel framed with a choice of either matt white or black units. Sizes range from 600mm to 1200mm, here are a few images. The first 2 images provided were the concept images from the early stages of the production. The last image is the complete product which will include the basin top without tap holes, this is to give the client the option for wall mounted taps or can be drilled manually by a hole-saw drill for standard taps. I think you need to post a plan, so that maybe some of the kitchen planners can have a go. If you purchase base units to use as shelves, some with doors and drawers, you need to find a kitchen manufacturer that offers colour co-ordinated carcasses so that everything matches. ( Inside the cupboards and out so that you can have cupboards with no doors just shelves ) Such as DIY Kichens amongst others DIY Kitchens I'd start there, to see what colour carcasses you can get, then get the kitchen planner on the job.

Hello! It’s arrived but is being fitted Monday :0) The colour wasn’t quite what I wanted as although it’s not supposed to have any blue in it, if can look blue in some lights. I don’t mind it looking deep navy but sometimes it looks lighter. Will see when it’s all up though as with the worktop on the island and overhang, it will probably just look more black! Bear in mind the company didn’t use actually F&B paints as they mix their own. Definately advises paying for a test door first as they got the colour totally wrong at first (was bright blue!) and it was hard work getting the manufacturers to check it and do it again. They almost didn’t.
