Conservatory Bay Orangery Idea please?

Any ideas what to do here? The area is east facing, so morning sun, that goes into shade by 1pm due to wall that joins neighbour. The left of the photo is south, my extension area is north. The area is about 10 ft wide. The patio door area is 6ft wide.
I love the sun and want to make the most of the area. I also want to get as much light as possible into the current back room of the house. i did think of just getting a bay window installed to get maximum light into the back of the house, but the cost is so much I though I might be better to go for a conservatory or orangery? all design suggestions really appreciated.
