Hi Daisy. Thanks for your reply. I have had a look at trims at on of my local tile centres. My tiles are grey and their trims are aluminium which just wouldn’t look right in my design. I will look elsewhere as perhaps my best option.

Colour grout for white matt marble effect porcelain tiles?

I decided to do what your thinking about (coloured grout on floor, then white grout on walls). I think it looks OK not odd, but obviously is personal opinion. Pic attached part way through work, I didn't use a grey marble but a gold vein marble. I think I would have preferred tiles lined up between floor and wall still but you don't notice too much after a bit. Gives you an idea on effect
