Flooring color choice

Hello lovely people! I am trying to decide on the HDF floor color to install in my living room/ dining room and hallway which are attached to the kitchen. In the kitchen (picture attached), I used the kind of tiles which look like wood. I don't want the place to look /feel chopped up. But I also don't want to try and match then fail to get a nice flow feel. I am attaching a picture of the living room but forgot to take one of the hallway. If it helps, I am trying to design a minimalist home. My furniture will could be described as transitional. What would you recommend? Thank you
