Luxury Vinyl Tiles in kitchen...advice

Hello, considering installing these floor tiles in our new kitchen:

The sample I’ve received looks good but always hard to know how it would look in the final project. We like the concrete ‘look’ but I would really like to hear people’s experiences of using such tiles or similar:

Does it ever look tacky/ aka.....it’s ‘mock concrete/wood/porcelain’ etc
How has the quality fared: this would be a high traffic area for us so what have people’s experiences been/would you need to install special underlay, etc

The price seems too good to be true so I’m dubious/very keen to hear from people who have used!

Porcelain is a tough tile which will not crack or break easily. they are very long lasting. vinyl is out dated and just doesn't look good. Your other option should be ceramic tiles. So it should be between ceramic and porcelain. I'd still recommend porcelain but ceramic is cheaper, that's the biggest advantage of ceramic. I bought these porcelain tiles two weeks ago, they look lovely. beautiful hexagon porcelain tiles

I have Quickstep LVT throughout my house. Can't fault them, plus any fitters who install it have to go on their master fitters course, so you know it will be fitted correctly and you'll get a full guarantee.

I haven't come across this brand but have you looked at moduleo luxury vinyl flooring... when I last checked, it had good reviews with prices cheaper than some of the karndean products.

Don’t be so cheeky Jules lol! Yes I ran round there and insisted I photograph her floor! No, seriously my friend sent me loads of photos of her flooring via WhatsApp which saves photos to my photo library automatically. I helped her choose the floor as she was going to go for a weird geometric floor that makes you dizzy.....it was awful.....the herringbone one is so much nicer. This was her first choice
