Can you give an estimate on shipping cost and shipping time from the time it’s ordered to the time it arrives? Also, can I get info on getting a sample of the shiny chrome finish and silver eggshell finish?

Hi joelizabeth, They ship internationally and sit in a showroom that is twice the size of your living room... They are actually quite sizeable, granted they are not larger spheres, but offer a different kind of cluster light because they can hang quite low and they offer bespoke sizing.. I see what you mean- they do really work with grey or a darker colour scheme.. but the transparency of them can look really magical.. They have bright led's inside which illuminate the pebble - and so accent the little lights you have on those twigs.. With a couple of lower lighting options like a table lamp or a wall light... I could see them hanging off centre quite easily... Leaving the fan well alone.. Having them sitting off centre, is more interesting sometimes than having everything looking symmetrical.. Sometimes symmetry doesn't work... With the option to have them hanging at differing heights, you can create a unique configuration or even have them in a straight line.... They are glass ovals situated in a nickel metal surround and chain which houses the flex/cord which is woven into it. At the moment showrooms in London and New York.. You will find what works for you.. : ) )

Hello Emmeline, I too wash my mattress protector, along with all the linens every week and air the mattress weekly... However when thoughts turn to mattresses and bed bugs, it pays to remember our entire bodies are literally infested with microorganisms. Of those, are such things as follicle mites on our eyelids, several types that live on our faces etc. They are in fact benefic to our existence and while people scratch their heads at the mention of a creepy crawly, we really aren't getting away from them.. So while a clean mattress is a must.. It's a far more reassuring thought to have a shower or two! (Especially if you have studied these and looked at them under the microscOpe! :))

If I had to have a shower over a bath, I would have a low down hand held one that could preclude the need for a glass screen. The wall that is built out from the end of the bath, could this extend across the entire width of the wall so that you can lose the loo cistern and create a shelf that goes behind the sink too? It could be the same height as the window sill. I think the all over tiling looks a bit oppressive. On the window wall, you could tile up the to false wall height but not above, thereby breaking it up. I love tiles, there are so many beautiful ones, just get the tones, colours and grout right and they can transform a boring space.
