Hi Susan, it is the Wes sofa from Made.com designed by Cate & Nelson, but it isn't available anymore. A lovely nice & compact sofa.

I really think you should consider timber. All WWA members have their windows tested against air and water leakage, so there won't be any problems there. They come factory-finished in any RAL colour and can be repainted (outside or inside) whenever you want. And the frames will last twice as long as plastic. I would replicate its original windows, which are beautiful. It's a handsome house - keep its value by keeping its authentic character.
