Spot on. Can I ask where the doors were painted and in what colour?

Love the look. Each colour\material is bold but works in harmony.
Where did the client get the doors sprayed and in what colour?
I'm looking to get our project started in a years time and my thought is to use standard off the shelf and customise, adding more expensive items such as handles and tabs. Seems like a common theme in some of your projects - Really like your style

Hi HU-279897678, many thanks for the positive feedback - yes we do a lot of customisation around standard IKEA units etc.

As we're based in East London the vast majority of our IKEA kitchens (and wardrobes etc) are sourced from the Edmonton IKEA. As such we use a local furniture spray shop (since relocated slightly further North in Waltham Cross) called Florite Spray Finishes. In this instance the colour was matched to a specific colour swatch that the client had, so I cant confirm the exact colour however pretty much any colour is achievable.

I must admit I am scratching my head a bit on this one - the two slightly different shades of cream don't make it easy! If everything wasn't split new, I think I would be recommending changing the tiles. I'm not a fan of painting tiles either, but I am really at a loss as to what to suggest. A teal perhaps or verdigris, but I think whatever colour you pick, the tile/cabinet combination may still feel a little unbalanced. Might be worth thinking what you can do to mask the tiles with nicely coloured appliances, possibly an accessory rail, fruit bowl, plants/herbs etc.

No problem. Sounds like you have some ideas to look at. Contemporary would work well and you can easily add a few industrial twists where blank and greys are concerned!! If you do consider changing things like French doors or windows as well.. I would ask you to consider having 3D visual model drawn up to show you the options. I find this helps many of my clients with exterior decisions. I would never buy a car or even a lipstick without seeing it first so this package allows you to see expensive items like windows and doors before committing. I have attached an example. I hope it helps and really look forward to seeing the finished look :)

Hi @Ribena Drinker, We donate paint leftovers and sample pots to those who need them - art students and families in need. We're environment-friendly company and so we hate the word "waste"! We only work with water based paints (unless requested otherwise), we recycle all empty tins at source, we donate leftovers and segregate work-in-progress rubbish as well as use dust free sanding where possible. We like your idea @Ribena Drinker and we would be extremely happy to paint a whole bedroom for a family in need, this includes ceiling, walls and skirting and door frame. And this project would be even more exciting if: 1. The property is in London. 2. @Ribena Drinker would find the suitable family in need and refer them to Paintforme. 3. Hi Roxy. Lovely big garden to work with! I'm no professional except trying to remodel my own garden and have two boys myself so know where you're at! Found a couple of pics with dark green fence, I think its a nice colour although maybe not as modern as dark grey. I've just painted my side fence dark grey and its really made the flowers (love white flowers) pop as would any dark colour. Like the blackboard idea too, here, a can of blackboard paint is fairly inexpensive and you could attach a piece of painted ply to the fence to have the option of removing later/ when the boys grow up a bit. Another idea is add decking to your garden, my boys would have loved this sandpit a few years ago! It all depends how much money you have to work with (as do most things in this life).. I have plenty of great ideas but not necessarily the budget to match!!

Hi Clair, this is a walnut veneer and was applied by the contractor to standard MDF panels - here is a DIY product that can be self applied, however there are also a number of companies that provide pre-veneered MDF sheets made to measure. We hope this helps, ARCHEA.
