which fridge freezer ratio will line up with my worktop

I’m designing a new kitchen with a carpenter making the units. My question is for a standard worktop height which integrated fridge freezer split will give a door line split that lines up with my worktop. The worktop will be standard height, is 70:30 the right ratio or 60:40? I can’t find the answer anywhere, the carpenter will make the door but does not know and all the kitchen companies are shut.
