Can anyone offer some advice on loft conversion in bungalow?

I'm considering buying a bungalow and have found one online that is in an area I can afford. The agent has posted photos of the loft and noted in the advert that a loft conversion would be possible. I haven't viewed the property in person yet and don't really know what I'm looking at anyway, but I wondered if anyone had any comments on the photos - e.g. suitability for conversion, any obvious issues (to someone who knows what they are looking at) etc.

Ideally I'd like to put a bedroom / study with or without an ensuite in the loft and think I would prefer a velux conversion over a dormer.

Any ideas / suggestions on staircase placement would also be welcome.
