New diy garden wall ideas

Garden is 1-2 ft higher than pathway, some stones missing allowing soil to slide. Not sure if I should just fill the gaps with more natural stones or remove and replace with something that looks a bit more appealing

Depends on your budget, but a retaining wall built in stone or bricks would like good.

Hi Stacy, yes thats where my comment came from. I will look back at that again to see about the planting. I wasn't keen on the horizontal pavement. What I really need is a designer to look at the whole space. I'm not sure how to best build up the raised area and I'm worried it's going to be put together quickly and I will miss a key moment to get this right!

You could use sleepers along the edge perhaps? They wouldn’t last forever but should give you a good few years.
